- Active Ingredient: Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 120mg
- Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol 400, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow
Dosage Instructions
- Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over
- Take one tablet daily with water before a meal
- Do not exceed the stated dose
- If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s close to the next dose, skip the missed one – do not double the dose
Possible Side Effects
While Pirilieve is generally well tolerated, side effects can occur:
- Common: Headache, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea
- Uncommon: Fatigue, dry mouth, difficulty sleeping
- Rare: Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, swelling, or shortness of breath – seek immediate medical attention if this occurs
Warnings & Precautions
- Not suitable for children under 12 years old
- Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have kidney or liver problems, heart disease, or are elderly
- Avoid alcohol, as it may increase the risk of drowsiness

Drug Interactions
Pirilieve may interact with:
- Antacids that contain aluminium or magnesium – these may reduce the effectiveness of fexofenadine if taken together
